For our production engineering department with residency in Heubach we are looking for a Head of Production Engineering (m/f) 

Die Position

Your varied area of responsibility in this position will be building and leading the Production Engineering Center Heubach. In particular you are responsible for product preparation, pre-production, cutting, molding and sewing within the center. This includes the close cooperate with divisions such as quality assurance, product innovation, design, production planning as well as logistics and demand and supply planning. Furthermore you will be responsible for our Product Center, where also pre-production, cutting, molding and sewing is done. The supervision of our co-production partners in Eastern Europe will be another task in this position including developing and expanding co-production partnerships. Finally the ooperation with the global production center network will complete the range of tasks. 

Die Anforderungen

Having completed a university degree in textile and clothing technology or industrial engineering, you had a 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position. You have excellent knowledge of production processes and fabric processing in clothing industry and with regard to cutting, molding and sewing. You could already show strong leadership skills and have the ability to assert yourself. The ability t organize, analytical thinking and intercultural competence for this position is necessarily required.
