Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

- You will be responsible to analyze and test the behavior of our client's technologies and to prove product functionality in food and drinks. To implement all the activities of application and experimentation, to ensure that product functionality and stability fit the purpose in final Customer's product.
- You will work in a team under the Application Technologist Team Leader supervision, act as a key interface between the Researchers/Flavorists and the Customer's R&D Technologists
- Another of your duties is to support the the Sales Team by pushing own Technology or Sub-Technology of expertise to Market and interpreting Customer needs to create suitable Ingredients & Flavours systems using own Technology or Sub-Technology of expertise.
- Support Customers in finishing beverages industrialization processes and give key technical support in resolving Customer manufacturing issues
- Support Researchers & Flavorist to develop advanced Technologies and Sub-Technologies.
- Deal directly with the Customers' R&D personnel for the development of new concepts and to deliver new ingredients & flavors solutions to enhance growth opportunities.
- Create innovative Technology application solutions in line with customer needs liaising with the entire R,D&A Development team.
- work with Researcher and Flavourists to test product funtionality through application in food & drinks.
- Develop a clear understanding of Key Customers' technical and processing requirements for successful ingredients and flavour application.
- Develop a strong understanding of German legislation rules for ingredients and flavours and finished beverages as well.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Classical chemistry or food science background Diploma
- Good oral and written German and English language skills
- Ability to establish and satisfy customer needs on an ongoing bases
- Ability to behave proactively, predict market shifts and provide innovative solutions to customers
- Knowledge of Competitors and their activity
- Ability to liaise effectively with the commercial and other technical functions
- Self motivated
- Versatile, flexible, creative and commercially aware
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Problem Solving attitude
- Excellent communication and team-working skills with the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels (other Technologists, Researchers and Flavorists)
- Very good organizational skills
- Availability to travel to the UK when required
