One of the fast paced industries that our client serves is Food Service, more particularly Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). For the QSR Division we are currently looking for an Area Manager Central Europe (DACH, PL, HU & CZ) (m/f).
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Responsible for the business and all field sales activities in the area assigned (DACH, PL, HU & CZ) - Developing and executing short-and mid-term strategic growth plans, incl. action plans, sales targets and budgets - Retaining existing customers' business, growing business with existing customers and gaining new business (National accounts, distributors, and key customers) - Implement Recruitment procedures to maintain an adequate sales force needed to cover Area - Manage, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team of field sales managers - Assign and organize territories to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer response - Build marketplace relationships through involvement in associations, trade shows, educational and community organizations, and other market groups
Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
- Graduate level - Several years of international sales experience in HORECA, QSR or FMCG industries with a proven success record - German (native or fluent) and fluent English is a must, additional language is helpful - Professional selling skills - Strong people management and development skills - Excellent planning & organizational skills - Excellent relationship management capability, including senior networking building skills - Proficient negotiation and communication skills - Sound commercial understanding (P&L proof)
